If you have logged in as "anonymous", you are free to view all bugs including comments and statistics.

If you want to report a bug or to submit a feature request, you need to sign up as "reporter". After that, you can :

report bugs
submit feature requests
receive email updates whenever a comment is posted to the bugs you have reported or the status of these bugs changes
monitor bugs not opened by yourself
set your own monitoring and language preferences
